§ Mrs. ChalkerI share my hon. Friend's concern about evasion. My Department's administration has been reorganised and strengthened and we have received wide police co-operation in our efforts to deter and catch evaders.
Local campaigns are all leading to an increase in relicensing and thus revenue, and the apprehension of those who fail to respond to our warnings. We would welcome any suggestions for further initiatives and improved procedures.
