§ Mr. Giles Shaw[pursuant to his answer, 6 May 1982, c. 115]: We have not so far felt able to put this project forward because we have had other projects of higher priority, bearing in mind the criteria governing the funds operation. But we shall look at it again, in the context of fresh applications to be made to the Commission.
