§ Mr. EyreMy right hon. Friend has received and noted representation from the 6/561 branch of the Transport and General Workers' Union opposing the proposed new port development at Falmouth. This scheme is one that requires his authorisation under section 9 of the Harbours Act 1964. He is currently considering the promoters' application and will take account of all relevant considerations in reaching a decision.
