§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Local Government Finance (No. 2) Bill applies to local authorities in Wales. The way in which clause 4 would apply in Wales in 1982–83 is a matter for discussion with the Welsh local authority associations. We have made no decisions in advance of such discussions being concluded.
