§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe cost of such a lease would depend on its terms and on the amount which might otherwise be gained for the NHS through sale of the site. I have asked the new Hounslow and Spelthorne health authority to review the future use of Hounslow hospital and in the meantime to consider the possibility of an immediate short-term concessionary lease. If agreement on this cannot be reached locally I should then be willing to receive a deputation.
