§ Mr. WaddingtonThe final round of consultation with local authority organisations has been completed. The Health and Safety Executive is preparing a final draft of the regulations for consideration by the Commission in June after which they will come to the Secretary of State for approval. The intention is that regulations will be laid before Parliament as soon as possible thereafter.
