§ Dr. VaughanThe model rules and circulars of the Building Societies Association have been registered under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and are currently being considered by the Director General of Fair Trading. If the hon. Member has a particular aspect of building society practice in mind, he may like to draw it to the attention of the Director General.
