Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe, of 20 April, he has now received the report of the Economist Intelligence. Unit's study on a partial incapacity benefit which was commissioned by the Multiple Sclerosis Society; if he will refer the report to the Social Security Advisory Committee; and if he will make a statement.
