§ Mrs. FennerThe survey in Wales was part of a review of marginal land in the whole of the United Kingdom. Any case for designating marginal land in Wales as a less-favoured area will be put to the Commission of the European Community in a United Kingdom context. We are still considering with colleagues the precise nature of the case to be put to Brussels.
