§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI met and had useful discussions about economic prospects in the area with the Dyfed local authorities earlier this year. The county continues to benefit from Government policies arid programmes and from the activities of the Development Board for Rural Wales and the Welsh Development Agency.
