§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the chief constable for Merseyside with regard to the incidence of operation of vigilante groups in (a) Toxteth and (b) the city of Liverpool during the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MayhewWe understand from the chief constable for Merseyside that no vigilante groups have been encountered on the streets in any part of his force area.
