§ Mr. Peter MorrisonAlthough my Department keeps itself informed about special youth employment and training measures operated in France and Germany, there are difficulties in comparing levels of expenditure in different countries. In particular, there may be differences in the definition of a special employment and training measure and in the basis for funding.
