§ Mr. HurdThere are many claims and counter-claims about the activities of both the Palestine Liberation Organisation and Israeli forces in Southern Lebanon and about whether their activities breach the ceasefire agreement. We have made clear to both sides and to other parties involved our concern at the recent rise in tension in Southern Lebanon and hope that they will abide by the ceasefire.
