§ Mr. Bodyasked the Secretary of State for Transport how many different test routes exist in the Spalding area for the examination of candidates for motor cycle licences;
(2) how many examinations of candidates for motor cycle licences have been carried out in the Spalding area in the period that Swan Street has been closed;
(3) how many examinations of candidates wishing to have a licence to ride a motor cycle have been postponed as a result of the closure of Swan Street, Spalding.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThere is one driving test route for motor cycles in Spalding. This makes use of Swan Street. 41 motor cycle tests have been conducted at Spalding, while Swan Street was intermittently closed. Five motor cycle tests were postponed as a result of these closures. Two of the candidates have since taken their tests, and the remainder have appointments for early April.
