§ Mr. WakehamNo. That is a matter for the Post Office, but I understand that, provided the stamps are placed on the envelope in a horizontal line in the top right-hand corner, the Post Office machinery is programmed to ensure that the envelope is directed into the first or second class stream as appropriate.
