§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsIn February 1980 I announced that additional special funds amounting to £48 million at November 1979 prices would be made available for the steel areas of South Wales. In cash terms these special funds came to £59.3 million during the years 1980–81 and 1981–82. They have now been spent in full.
