§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe United Kingdom space industry is the prime contractor for nine satellites currently 241W under construction, of which seven are for the European Space Agency and two are Skynet-IV satellites ordered by the Ministry of Defence. Orders obtained over the next three years will depend on the industry's ability to compete for national and international market opportunities.
