§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMy right hon. Friend announced on 11 March—[Vol. 19, c.474.]—that the balance of membership of regional health authorities is under review. It is not therefore possible at this stage to indicate how many vacancies will arise, but I will write to the hon. Member as soon as the position is clear.
