§ Mr. John Browneasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Short) on 3 March, Official Report, c. 171, when he expects the discussions on introducing charges to cover the handling and processing costs incurred by the national blood transfusion service in supplying blood to private hospitals and clinics to be completed.
