§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether the commercial import of motor vehicles from a non-European Economic Community country, as in the case of the proposed import of Japanese-designed tractors assembled in Turkey, requires the consent (a) of his Department, or (b) of the European Commission.
