£ Welsh Books Council 285,000 Mudiad Ysgolian Meithrin 165,000 Welsh Films Board 67,000 Royal National Eisteddfod of Wales 157,000 Nant Gwrtheyrn Trust 5,000 Urdd Gobaith Cymru 140,000 Subject to certain conditions being met I have offered the organisers of the Celtic film festival held at Harlech a grant of £2,000. In addition, £790,000 has been allocated to local authorities and others towards bilingual education projects.
For 1982–83, subject to Parliamentary approval, I propose to make the following allocations initially.
