§ Mr. EyreLondon Transport fares were last increased in September 1980. In March 1982 tube fares will be 33 per cent. and bus fares 34 per cent. higher in cash terms than they were at that date. Corrected for inflation, these increases are 13 per cent. and 14 per cent. respectively.
