Member for Macclesfield of 2 March, Official Report, c. 82, he will list those premises and localities where special precautions are to be taken in the interests of effective law enforcement; and how such a system enables chief officers to enforce the law firmly and impartially.
§ Mr. WhitelawNo. Such measures ensure that the police can continue to take greater precautions, as they always have done, in respect of those premises and localities which present more difficult enforcement problems.
