§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, from housing plans lodged with him by district and island councils, he will estimate the proportion of surplus housing stock in Scotland that could readily be converted into adequate accommodation for disabled 123W persons, single persons, the elderly and large families; and if he will estimate the average unit cost for each type of conversion work.
