§ Mr. HeseltineCapital receipts from the sales of council houses in the first three quarters of 1981–82 are estimated to be £388 million, including repayments of £55 million on sums left outstanding on sales. Estimates for receipts in the full 12 months will not be available until after the end of the financial year.
