§ Mr. Rossi"Specialist claims control" applies the Department's fraud techniques to categories of claimants in accordance with written instructions. Of 129 officers of the Department employed in specialist claims control last month, 125 had previous experience of the Department's ordinary fraud work for which they would have been trained.
