§ Mr. MayhewInformation about complaints against the police and their outcome is contained in the annual reports of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Constabulary (for forces other than the Metropolitan Police) and the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. The reports are available in the Library of the House. Statistics in respect of ethnic minority complainants are not collected centrally but my right hon. Friend is exploring with the Commissioner what figures may be available in relation to the Metropolitan Police.
