§ Mr. Ennalsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in view of the agreement reached between his Department and the Norwich city council concerning the implementation of the right to buy provisions of the Housing Act 1980, he will now close his temporary office in Norwich.
§ Mr. StanleyMy right hon. Friend has no present plans to do so but the position will be kept under review in the light of Norwich's progress in implementing the right to buy.
