§ Mr. RaisonI understand from the Independent Broadcasting Authority that engineering work to provide both the Fourth Channel and the Welsh Fourth Channel services is on schedule for both services to commence broadcasting in November. The preparation of programmes for these services is a matter for the Channel Four Television Company Limited and the Welsh Fourth Channel Authority respectively.
