§ Mr. GrayThe main recommendations of the CIRIA report are matters primarily for my right hon. Friends the4W Secretaries of State for the Environment and Transport. Although the report makes no specific recommendations on energy projects, I have drawn it to the attention of the nationalised energy industries. What action they may take is for them to decide.
