§ Mr. MellorThe CEGB, like other nationalised industries, will be subject to investigation by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission in accordance with the arrangements announced by the Financial Secretary to 3W the Treasury on 30 November last year. The costs and efficiency of the CEGB were recently investigated by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission, whose report was published in May 1981.
