§ Mr. Allan StewartThe revision of part 3 of the Scottish health building code, which deals with land transactions, is still under consideration. However, the interim procedure for the disposal of health service land that has already been introduced pending that revision corresponds closely to the recommendations of the Halliday report, as modified by the announcement that my right hon.
