§ Mr. MellorTo improve its services to those requiring information and advice on energy conservation, the Department regularly reviews its programme. The energy quick advice service, which is infrequently used and no longer cost-effective, will be withdrawn from 2 April 1982. To widen and improve the accessibility of energy conservation information and advice, the Department is exploring the feasibility of using Viewdata, including Prestel.
