§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Al between the City of London and just north of Archway roundabout is, as a metropolitan road, the responsibility of the Greater London Council. The widening of the trunk road between there and the North Circular road has been the subject of a very large number of representations expressing varied views over a long period.
