§ Q50. Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Prime Minister whether she will review the current unrestricted arrangements for travel between the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom by citizens of the Republic.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans to do so. My hon. Friend's concern may have arisen from recent press coverage of one individual case. The circumstances of that case were not as implied in some reports, and I am satisfied that they do not call into question the working of these arrangements.
