§ Mrs. FennerIn view of the representations that I have received on this subject, I have invited the Food Standards Committee to consider and advise on the need for specific control over the composition and labelling of mince. The committee's review will cover all types of raw minced meat, including frozen mince, and will pay particular attention to the fat content and the description of the product.
