§ Mr. Peter WalkerInformation obtained from the farm management surveys of farm incomes is contained in the "Annual Review of Agriculture 1982" White Paper—Cmnd. 8491—which was presented to Parliament on 17 February. The surveys show that incomes in livestock farming generally are recovering from the severe falls in 1979–80 but in real terms remain below the levels of the late 1970s.
