§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many incidents of robbery and other violent theft, burglary and armed robbery were reported in each month of 1980 and 1981 in the Metropolitan Police districts which cover the area of the London borough of Newham.
§ Mr. Mayhew[pursuant to his reply, 17 February 1982, c. 121]: Provision of the detailed information requested would involve disproportionate cost. I understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that the available quarterly information is as given in the following table.
