§ 40. Mr. Michael Marshallasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will set out his Department's responsibilities for the foreign policy aspects of Her Majesty's Government's space policy.
§ Mr. HurdThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office's responsibilities in this field are to ensure that Her Majesty's Government's space policy is consistent with other international policy objectives, that its interests are protected in international fora and agreements, and that our space industries are promoted overseas.
