§ 24. Mr. Neil Thorneasked the Lord Privy Seal whether the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs intends to discuss the subject of the Golan Heights in his forthcoming visit to Israel.
§ Mr. HurdMy right hon. and noble Friend will be paying a visit to Israel from 30 March to 1 April, during which a wide range if issues will, no doubt, be discussed. The Israeli Government are well aware of our strong opposition to the extension of Israeli law, jurisdiction and administration to the Golan Heights.
