§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to improve the accuracy and clarity of directional and place signs on the M4 motorway between Lon Las and the western end of the road at Pont Abraham, and to ensure that such signs are bilingual.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsThe bilingual traffic signs between Pont Abraham and Llangyfelach are relatively new and are still in a satisfactory condition. The signs between Llangyfelach and Lon Las are older and bilingual replacements are already being manufactured. The destinations shown on the signs have been worked out in consultation with the local highway authorities.
