I understand that Belfast Car Ferries Ltd., a new company started by Irish Continental lines but also backed by financial interests in Belfast and London plan to operate a car, passenger and freight ferry service on this route commencing on 31 March. The service is due to start with one vessel sailing from Belfast overnight and from Liverpool during the day. I hope that it will be well supported and wish it success.
