§ Mr. Neil MartenHer Majesty's Government will, subject to Parliamentary approval, contribute £5.9 million to UNICEF's regular programme in 1982, the same in cash terms as the contribution for 1981. To the extent that prices of goods and services purchased by UNICEF increase between the two years, this will represent a fall in real terms but it is not possible to forecast the likely percentage change.
