§ Mr. PattieWe have considered the representations made to us by industry about the operation of the commercial exploitation levy, but we have been shown no evidence that the levy has actually prejudiced defence sales. We are, however, keeping the position under review, and we are always prepared to consider a reduction in levy in individual cases in order to assist a particular sale.
