§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Basildon of 17 June, Official Report, column 317, when he expects to publish the study of a statistical analysis of people arrested in 25 police force areas during the incidents of serious public disorder in July and August 1981.
