§ Mr. PattieEleven aircraft have been ordered; deliveries are expected to begin in 1983, and to be completed in 1986; their primary role will be to contribute to NATO's airborne early warning force, particularly in the United Kingdom air defence region, although the aircraft will have the capability to operate elsewhere.
