§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in view of the fact that a person, details of whom have been supplied to him, who was found guilty of defrauding his Department of social security benefits and has not paid the fines or repaid the amounts due, has been found guilty of further offences, he will set out the reasons why further benefits were paid; and what steps he has taken or intends taking to recover the £2,245 due to his Department, together with other amounts now due.
