§ 36. Mr. David Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to complete his negotiations with the French Government for an agreement on bilateral emergency warning arrangements in the event of the risk of radiological pollution.
§ Mr. HurdThe negotiations for a formal agreement are nearing completion and I hope that it will come into force before the end of the year.
