§ Dr. VaughanI do not believe that I would be justified on the present information in using my powers under the Consumer Safety Act to prohibit the supply of go-karts. If, however, my hon. Friend has evidence that accidents are widespread or that there are potentially serious faults in the design and manufacture of these products, I would be glad to look into this matter.
