§ Mr. Giles ShawThe council has made no representations about its allocation of £251,000 which was notified to it in a letter dated 17 May from the West Midlands regional office. This amount represents a significant increase on previous years' spending by the authority and will enable it to undertake a number of reclamation schemes from its proposed 1982–83 programme. The proposed scheme for industrial development at Hawks Green was not sufficiently committed to be considered as a candidate for funds this year.
